Ingredients

• avocado
• 1 garlic - medium to large clove crushed (per avocado)
• dash of cayenne pepper
• Nature's Seasoning (to taste)

Procedures

1. Smash avocado(s).
2. Mix in garlic.
3. Add cayenne pepper and Nature's Seasoning and serve.
