Garlic and Tarragon Dressing

A simple salad dressing.

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup (60 ml) vinegar
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp garlic salt
• 2 tsp sugar (optional)
• 1/2 tsp dried tarragon

Procedure

1. In a small bowl or jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine vinegar, oil, garlic salt, sugar and tarragon.
2. Pour it on lettuce or cabbage salads.
