Ginger Sauce

Ingredients
2 tbsp
vinegar
2 tbsp finely chopped
Onion
2 oz
Sugar
1 tbsp
cornflour
blended with a little
water
¼ pt
water
1 tbsp
soy sauce
1 oz grated
fresh ginger
4 slices sweet pickles
Procedures
Put all the ingredients except the
cornflour
in a saucepan and boil for five minutes.
Stir in the blended
cornflour
and simmer for a few minutes until cooked.
