Gingham Estate Horseradish Sauce
Description
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Gingham Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1992. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]
Ingredients
- 4 ounces horseradish
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 cucumber
Procedures
- Peel and halve cucumber and remove seeds then grate cucumber.
- Mix cucumber with horseradish and sour cream.
- Refrigerate in tightly sealed container overnight.
