Gingham Estate Horseradish Sauce

Description

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Gingham Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1992. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Peel and halve cucumber and remove seeds then grate cucumber.
  2. Mix cucumber with horseradish and sour cream.
  3. Refrigerate in tightly sealed container overnight.
