Gracie's Mayonnaise

Ingredients

• egg yolks
• for each egg yolk, add the following:
  • 3 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
• 1 can evaporated milk

Procedures

1. Mix together in small pan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
2. Remove from fire, add 1 small can pet milk
3. Stir well and store in refrigerator.
