Grasshopper

Description

A Cocktail made with cream, Crème de Menthe and white Creme de cacao. Because it's very sweet, a grasshopper is usually served after dinner.

Ingredients

• 1 oz. green crème de menthe
• 1 oz. light cream
• 1 oz. white crème de cacao

Procedures

1. Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
2. Strain the ingredients into a shot glass to create a Grasshopper Shooter.
