Green Bean Salad I

Green bean salad. Serve immediately!

  • Serves 4 – 6.



  1. Cook the beans in a large pot of boiling water until tender. Drain well.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Add the onions, green olives, and hot beans and toss until coated.
  4. Serve immediately.
