Green Bean Soup - Bou'neschlupp

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Take 2 parts sliced green or wax beans and 1 part diced potatoes and chopped onion.
  2. Cover and boil in water until soft.
  3. Fry 4 slices of bacon and add bacon bits and fat to soup.
  4. Add about a pint of cream and simmer (or sour cream).
