This vinaigrette is lovely with all leaf salads.

Green Vinaigrette

Ingredients

• 1 portion vinaigrette
• a little Dijon mustard
• parsley
• chives
• dill
• chervil
• garlic

Procedures

1. Add Dijon mustard, parsley, chives, dill, chervil and crushed garlic (if desired) to a portion of the vinaigrette.
