Green Zucchini Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 medium zucchini
• 10 fl oz oz fat free plain yoghurt
• 1 clove garlic (or more)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp dried basil
• salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Procedures

1. Just liquidize the whole lot and serve.
2. It is also great on baked potatoes.
