Procedures

  1. Sauté Onion and Mushrooms in a small amount of butter.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Brown filet (cut into bite-size strips) in skillet.
  4. Mix onions and Mushrooms with Beef.
  5. Season to taste.
  6. Over medium heat, add wine and sour cream.
  7. Heat well, but do not boil.
  8. Serve with noodles.
