Goulash soup

Procedures[edit]

  1. Fry onions in hot fat until transparent.
  2. Add green peppers and tomato paste.
  3. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Add lean beef cubes and remaining ingredients.
  5. Simmer about 1½ hours, until meat is tender (add cubed potatoes if you like and simmer until potatoes are done).
  6. Best when reheated and served the second day.
