Guyanese Potato Salad

Procedures

  1. Peel, wash and dice potatoes.
  2. Boil potatoes with salt until tender and drain.
  3. Boil macaroni separately with salt and drain also.
  4. Set aside to cool.
  5. Wash and chop peppers, celery, and shallot.
  6. Add this to macaroni and potato.
  7. Add corn and mayonnaise and mix.
  8. Add a little evaporated milk until everything is just right to the taste.
