cornmeal
hot pepper
parsley
3 – 4 cups
water
salt
and
pepper
1 tbsp
oil
Procedures
Mix
corn
meal with one cup
water
and add slowly to rest of
water
when it boils, with
oil
and seasoning.
Cook over low heat, stirring frequently.
