Ham and Rice Salad

Ingredients
- 1 x 5-ounce package quick cooking chicken-flavored long-grain and wild rice mix, prepared
- 1 cup cooked cubed ham
- 1 x 11-ounce can mandarin oranges
- ½ cup sliced green onions
- ½ cup vinaigrette dressing
- spinach leaves
Procedures
- Combine rice, ham, oranges and onions in large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with dressing; toss gently.
- Spoon onto individual plates lined with spinach leaves.
