Hen with Green Peas

In Romanian: Gaina cu mazare verde

Ingredients

• 1 medium hen
• 1¾ lbs / 750 g green peas
• 1 tablespoon butter
• ½ teaspoon flour
• ½ teaspoon sugar
• chopped dill
• salt

Procedures

1. Clean and wash the hen and cut into pieces.
2. Fry in butter until yellow.
3. Add the flour and fry until yellow.
4. Then add ½ cup water, salt, sugar and peas.
5. Let simmer, covered, and when almost ready, add the chopped dill.
