In Romanian: Gaina cu smantana
Ingredients
1
hen
1 tablespoon
butter
1 teaspoon
flour
1 cup
sour cream
salt
Procedures
Sauté the
hen
pieces in melted
butter
, adding 1 – 2 tablespoons of
water
if necessary.
When the
hen
is almost done, add
salt
and then
sour cream
well mixed with
flour
.
Simmer for until tender.
Keep warm until serving.
