- Saute the hen pieces in butter.
- When almost ready, add the finely chopped onion and flour, mixing continuously.
- Then add the halved and seeded tomatoes, paprika, salt and sugar.
- Cover and simmer until the tomatoes are done and the hen is tender.
- Do not stir during simmering.
- Shake the pan instead.
