Herb-roasted Chicken

Procedures

  1. Heat pressure cooker, add butter and brown chicken.
  2. Remove chicken and sauté onions until golden brown.
  3. Add tomatoes,parsley, chicken stock, salt and pepper.
  4. Add chicken and herbs.
  5. Close lid and bring to high pressure, then cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Release pressure, remove lid and serve with either brown or rice white.
