Herbal couscous

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup(s) couscous
- 1 1/2 Cup(s) water
- 1 scallions
- 1 Dash(s) olive oil
- 1 Pinch(s) black pepper
- 1 Pinch(s) salt
- 1 Tablespoon(s) basil
- 3 Tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
- 4 Tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 1 Pinch(s) thyme
- 1 Cup(s) pine nuts
- 1 green bell pepper
Procedures
Roast couscous in a skillet in olive oil over medium heat.
Boil water and add to couscous.
Gently stir once.
Set aside for 5 minutes.
Sautee scallions and bell pepper in olive oil.
Mix in basil, parsely, soy sauce, and thyme.
Fluff couscous with fork and add the finely chopped scallions/ bell pepper mixture.
Serve with pine nuts sprinkled over the top.
