Hickory Smoke Sweet and Spicy Jerky
Ingredients
- 2 cups of red wine
- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 2 splash Worcestershire sauce
- 2 splash hickory liquid smoke flavoring.
- 3 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 pounds beef round steak
- 2 squeeze of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoon cayenne pepper
Procedures
- Mix into bowl.
- Cut meat into thin strips.
- Put meat into the mix
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
- Next day heat the oven 100 °F cook for 3 to 5 hours.
