About Holland chile
Also known as the Dutch red chile, this chile is bright scarlet, slightly curved and tapers to a point. It usually grows to a length of about 4 inches and a diameter of 1 – 1¼ inches. It has thick flesh and a sweet, hot, intense flavour.
