Honey-sweet Pineapple Dip

Ingredients

• 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
• 1 cup canned crushed pineapple, sugar-free, drained slightly
• 1 tbsp honey
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• ⅛ tsp coconut extract
• ⅕ tsp lemon extract

Procedures

1. Mix ingredients together in a blender.
