Hukamushi

Deep steamed tea. Sencha is hukamushi-cha if the processing has involved a heavier steaming cycle. It is often given the name ‘misty green tea’ because of the slightly cloudy effect of the tea’s infusion. Hukamushi teas are not common of outside Japan.
