Italian Appetizer

  • 1 Can tuna, Drained (7 Oz)
  • 1 Can Pitted ripe olives, Drained (7 Oz)
  • 1 Can Mushroom Stems And Pieces, Drained (4 Oz)
  • 1 Can Artichokes, Drained And Cut in Halves (15 Oz)
  • 1 Jar Cocktail onions, Drained (3 Oz)
  • 1 Cup Drained Sweet Mixed Pickles
  • 1 Can tomato Sauce (8 Oz)
  • 1 Cup Sliced celery
  • 3 T. Salad or olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup wine vinegar
  • 1 T. salt


Mix All Ingredients in a Bowl. Toss Lightly. Cover And Chill Overnight. Serve With Crisp Crackers.Serves 8
