Italian Green Beans I

Ingredients
500 g
green beans
, sliced diagonally
2 tablespoons
oil
1 clove
garlic
, crushed

tomatoes
, blanched and chopped
salt
black pepper
Procedures
Cook
beans
in boiling salted
water
until just tender.
Drain.
Heat
oil
in saucepan, add
beans
,
garlic
,
tomatoes
,
salt
and
pepper
to taste.
Simmer gently for 5 minutes or until
beans
are cooked and
tomatoes
are soft.
