Jamaican Cole Slaw

Ingredients

• 4 cups shredded cabbage
• ¼ cup shredded carrots
• ½ cup chopped walnuts
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Caribbean jerk seasoning

Procedures

1. Combine the cabbage, carrots, and nuts in a large bowl; set aside.
2. Mix together the remaining ingredients and spoon over the cabbage mixture.
3. Toss well.
4. Cover and chill before serving.
