  1. Cut jícama into sticks about 1½ x ½ inches.
  2. Combine jícama, zucchini, orange, and onion in bowl.
  3. Pour Cilantro Lime Dressing over and toss; season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cilantro Lime Dressing[edit]

  1. Mix all ingredients; refrigerate until serving time.
  2. Mix again before using.
