Flat bread with fat

Ingredients[edit]

  • 1 kg or 7½ cups flour
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 40 g (1½ oz) yeast
  • 1 cup cubed animal fat

Procedures[edit]

  1. Fry fat, drain, and cool.
  2. Prepare dough as in flat bread recipe above working in pieces of fat evenly throughout the dough.
  3. Divide dough into 40 g (1½ oz) pieces and roll into balls.
