Just Plain Avocado
Description
Using avocados just for their taste and goodness.
Ingredients
- 1 whole ripe Genuine California avocado
- 4 slices whole Wheat bread (any kind that is crunchy like healthly choice cracked wheat)
- 2 slices extra sweet Onion (walla walla)
- 2 Tbsp real Mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Procedures
spread each slice of bread with 1 1/2 teaspoons of Mayonnaise
mash avocodo well, divide in half and put each half on one slice of bread
cover with one thin slice of Onion
cover with the slice of bread
serve
