Kohlrabi Dish

Description

In Romanian: Mincare de gulii.

Ingredients

• 6 - 7 kohlrabi bulbs
• 2 tablespoons butter or lard
• 1 onion
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons flour
• ½ teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon mixed chopped dill and parsley
• salt

Procedures

1. Prepare like the Celery Root Dish.
2. Just add ½ teaspoon sugar and replace the celery leaves with dill and parsley.
