LEMONY THAI SAUCE

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 1/3 cup soy sauce (or fish sauce)
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 4 teaspoons grated lemon peel
• 4 teaspoons ground coriander
• 2 teaspoons Sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (Cayenne) -- (1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon)
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 cloves garlic -- crushed

Procedures

1. Mix all ingredients. About 3/4 cup.
