Layered Salad
Description
This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Stewart Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1982. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]
Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- ½ cup bell pepper
- ½ cup green onions
- 1 package frozen green peas uncooked but thawed
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 10 slices bacon cooked
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Procedures
- Layer in order and refrigerate.
