Lemony Italian Dressing

• This recipe yields about 1 cup of vinaigrette.

Ingredients

• ¾ cup olive oil
• ½ cup lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 garlic clove minced
• 1 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce
• ½ teaspoon dried leaf oregano crumbled
• ½ teaspoon salt

Procedures

1. In small glass jar combine ingredients; shake well.
2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
3. Refrigerate unused dressing.
