Lithuanian Kugel I

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Grate the potatoes.
  2. Put in salted or lemon juice water.
  3. Drain water.
  4. Add onion, bacon, evaporated milk, eggs, butter and salt and pepper.
  5. Stir all together and pour into a 10 x 14 inch pan and bake at 425°F for ½ hour then at 325°F for ½ hour.
