Procedures

  1. Combine rice, crab meat, water chestnuts, celery and green onion in large mixing bowl.
  2. Blend yogurt, sour cream, salt, red pepper and hot pepper sauce.
  3. Add to rice mixture; toss lightly.
  4. Serve on lettuce leaves; garnish with tomatoes.
