  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare macaroni according to package directions in the large saucepan.
  3. Drain in colander.
  4. To make cheese sauce, melt margarine in medium-sized saucepan.
  5. Mix cornstarch well into cold skim milk.
  6. Add skim milk and evaporated skim milk to margarine.
  7. Heat sauce over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  8. When the sauce thickens, remove from heat and add shredded cheese.
  9. Mix drained macaroni with sauce.
  10. Put in casserole dish sprayed with non-stick spray.
  11. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350°F.
