Luau Pisupo
Ingredients
- 1 can 3 pisupo (corned beef)
- 10 young taro leaves, foil or bread fruit leaves
- 1 cup chopped onions
- black pepper to taste
Procedures
- Scoop 3 tbsp of pisupo unto young taro leaves.
- Wrap as you would a palusami.
- Bake in 350°F oven or in an umu for an hour.
