Mango Almond Chutney

  1. Combine onions, garlic, vinegar and water in large kettle.
  2. Boil 5 minutes then remove the garlic.
  3. Add all other ingredients and bring to boil.
  4. Continue cooking, stirring frequently until darkened and thick.
  5. Ladle into hot sterile jars and seal.
  6. Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
