Mango Health Shake

Ingredients

• 2 cups orange juice
• 1/2 cup strawberries
• 1/2 cup raspberries
• 1/2 cup chopped mango
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 1/2 cup ice cubes
• 2 tsp. ground flax seed
• 1/2 tsp. wheat germ
• 2 vitamin C tablets

Procedures

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend about 1–2 minutes until smooth
