Mango Slice Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups half and half
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• ½ cup mango slices
• 2 cups mango purée

Procedures

1. Combine sugar and mango purée.
2. Bring to boil.
3. Stir in half and half, lime juice and mango slices.
4. Cool.
5. Freeze in ice cream maker.
