Marmalade Cake

Ingredients

• ½ cup oil
• 1 cup orange marmalade
• 1 cup water
• ½ cup walnuts, chopped
• peel of 1 orange, grated
• 2 cups cake flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp ground cloves
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt

Procedures

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl.
3. Sift flour and add dry ingredients to flour.
4. Mix together and pour into greased 9-inch square pan.
5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
