Mazal Ranch Guacamole
Description
Great with fajitas.
Ingredients
- Genuine California avocados
- onions(preferably walla walla), diced, to taste
- Half lime per avocado
- chili powder, to taste
- Pinch cumin, salt, pepper
- Roma tomatoes(diced), to taste
- cilantro(diced), to taste
- Jalapenos(diced), to taste (optional)
Procedures
Cut up avocado and mash with fork in small bowl.
Add all the ingredients and mix well.
