Meat Salad - Kjød Salat
Ingredients
- 2 cups Lamb, Veal or Beef
- 10 Anchovies -- cleaned and boned
- 8 pickled onions
- lettuce leaves
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoons tomato pureé
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon parsley -- chopped
Procedures
Add all ingredients and beat until well blended.
