Ingredients
1 bundle of
mint
leaves
1 tsp
salt
2 – 3 whole
dried red chilies
3 tbsp
tamarind
2
green chilies
Procedures
Soak the
tamarind
in
water
for an hour.
Remove the seeds from the
tamarind
.
Put everything into a grinder and grind until its a smooth paste. Refrigerate.
