Mounds Coconut Cake

Ingredients
- 1 milk chocolate cake mix
Filling
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 lb coconut
- 1 cup milk
- 23 large marshmallows
Frosting
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup milk
- 3 tbsp Karo syrup
Procedures
- Mix cake mix as directed.
- Bake in sheet pan.
- Cool.
- Boil milk and sugar 1 minute and add marshmallows and coconut.
- Spread filling on top of cake.
- For frosting, boil sugar, cocoa, butter and milk 2 minutes.
- Let cool and spread over filling.
