Mozambican Roasted Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 125 ml salad oil
- 4 chickens
Procedures
- Mix everything well by each other.
- Cover 4 chickens with seasoned oil, both of within and of outside.
- Grating or spit-roaster the chickens in a your favorite manner.
- Cover them regularly with seasoned oil.
- Cut the chickens serve with much white rice (approx. 250 g cooked rice by person).
