Mr. Mueller's Marinade for a Crusty Roast

Ingredients

• 4 oz barbecue sauce
• 4 oz Italian dressing
• 1 oz soy sauce
• ⅓ pkg dry chili mix

Procedures

1. Marinate roast in this mixture for several hour.
2. Now char the roast on all sides, about 12 to 15 minutes per side.
3. Insert meat thermometer into roast.
4. Roast in 400°F oven until desired doneness.
