  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add water to dry ingredients, mix well.
  3. Knead dough on a floured board till it becomes elastic.
  4. Let dough rest 10 minutes, covered.
  5. Roll out dough till it is ½ inch thick.
  6. Cut into squares or circles.
  7. Deep-fry at 370°F till golden brown; drain on paper towels.
  8. Drizzle with honey and serve..
