Nazaqat-e-sooran. This delicate dish can be served with tomato ketchup but best with sesame seed chutney.

  1. Boil yam till cooked.
  2. Peel and mash.
  3. Add all the ingredients except butter & pistachios to mashed yam.
  4. Form the mixture in to balls.
  5. Stuff with pistachios and flatten.
  6. Shallow fry on girdle and serve hot.
